Service Plans
Listed below are the service plans that we currently have.
Silver
  Cost: $43

SIGNPOST ONLY SERVICE:  We provide & install  a signpost and we will hang your sign, brochure box & riders if at site when we install the post.  This service plan is for the person who wants to keep their signpanels themselves.

Gold
  Cost: $48

SIGNPOST SERVICE WITH SIGN PANEL STORAGE:  We provide & install post, store and hang your signs and hang your brochure box & riders if at site when we install the post.

This plan is for the person who wants the convenience of Realty SignPost storing their sign panels.  We recommend you provide at least 2 panels per county that you normal list in, with a minimum of 6 sign panels. If you routinely have listings in Fairfax, Arlington, DC and Prince William, we would want to have 8 sign panels in storage in order to provide you with the fastest possible service.
Platinum
  Cost: $68
SIGNPOST SERVICE WITH SIGN PANEL AND PERSONALIZED NAME RIDER STORAGE, PLATINUM POSTS ALSO INCLUDE A 'FOR SALE' or 'FOR RENT' RIDER, BROCHURE BOX AND A RIDER EXCHANGE:  We provide & install post, store and hang your sign panels and provide a brochure box if desired. We store and hang two of your personal riders from your sign panel (e.g. name and web site riders) if desired. We provide & install a "For Sale" or "For Rent" rider if desired and exchange the "For Sale" or "For Rent" rider with a "Sold", "Under Contract" or "Rented" rider when Sold, Under Contract or Rented.

The Platinum Service is a static, standard set-up, which we perform for you the same set up on every job. Selection of our Platinum Service requires a setup consultation with us to establish your standard sign post installation preferences and to make arrangements for us to pick up your signs and personal riders, prior to order execution. All orders for a Platinum Level customer must be placed via the web site. No faxed orders will be accepted. We confirm by e-mail that your order has been executed.

We recommend you provide at least 2 panels and 2 peronal riders per county that you normal list in, with a minimum of 6 sets of sign panels.
